Return Window
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
1. Original Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
2. Accessories and Documentation: Include all original accessories, instructions, and a copy of the invoice or receipt.
Ineligible Returns OR Final Sale Items:
- Used merchandise.
- Uniforms/apparel that have been washed or worn.
- Screen-printed or embroidered items.

Damaged Shipments
- If your shipment arrives damaged, notify us immediately within 10 days of delivery.
- Damaged items reported within this period are eligible for a 100% refund or exchange.
- We cannot take responsibility for damages reported after the 10-day window.
Restocking Fee
- A 25% restocking fee will apply to all the return orders.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for returns, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
- We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
- For items picked up by customer or online order, When shipped back to us, the buyer bears the return shipping fees.
